Terms of Service

Shipboard is a free public board where anyone can post a website to get exposure alongside other builders. It's operated by the Shipboard team. There are no accounts — when you post, we give you a private link to edit or remove your listing later.

When you submit a listing, you confirm that:

• You have the right to post the site and the content you include about it.
• The listing is accurate and isn't impersonating someone else or another product.
• You're responsible for the private edit link we give you — anyone with it can change or remove your post.

You keep all rights to your site and the content you submit. By posting, you grant Shipboarda non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your listing (its title, description, preview image, avatar, and handle) on the board and in Shipboard's own promotion, including social posts by @ryanships. This license ends when your listing is removed.

Don't use Shipboard to post sites or content that:

• Are illegal, promote illegal activity, or infringe someone else's intellectual property.
• Contain malware, phishing, scams, or anything designed to harm or deceive visitors.
• Are hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or contain content that is otherwise abusive.
• Are spam, misleading, or impersonate another person, brand, or product.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, scrape, or circumvent the board's limits or security.

Anyone can report a listing. We may hide, flag, or remove any listing, and restrict access, at our discretion — with or without notice — especially where content breaks these terms. We're not obligated to host any particular post. To report or request removal of a listing, email ryanships@gitshipped.com.

Listings link to websites we don't operate or control. Shipboard doesn't endorse and isn't responsible for those sites, their content, or their practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

Shipboard is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee any particular exposure, traffic, uptime, or results, and we may change or discontinue the board at any time.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shipboard and the Shipboard team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the board or any listing on it. Shipboard is a free service; our total liability to you is limited accordingly.

We may update these terms as Shipboard evolves. When we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use Shipboard after a change means you accept the updated terms.
